This high-performance Control Valve Nozzle boasts a flow rate of 35LPM/10GPM, making it suitable for handling viscosity ranging from 8-5000mPas. The valve has a maximum pressure range of 7Mpa 0.5-50BAR/7-1000PSI and is capable of withstanding temperatures between -10 C/14 F to 60 C/140 F. The valve is designed with an inlet connection of 1/2" inch NPT Female and is compatible with industry-standard oil hose reels. Made of aircraft aluminum, the valve is both strong and lightweight. Additionally, it has an ergonomic oil and waterproof polypropylene shell and shockproof rubber exterior, making it durable and easy to use. It delivers consistent measurements and smooth dispensing with its zero back pressure capability. The valve is suitable for oils, motor oils, synthetic hydraulic oil, gear oil, and transmission fluids. Finally, it comes with instructions for proper setup, and users should always wear protective gear when operating lubrication/transfer equipment.
