Performance Marketing Specialist (Los Angeles, CA)

 

GREAT CIRCLE MACHINERY CORP, a home improvement tools and hardware company, is hiring a Marketing Specialist to work in Ontario, CA

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including increasing sales, social media engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with social media influencers and third-party agencies to create marketing contents.
  • Conduct online campaign across channels such as Amazon, Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of each marketing campaign, identify areas of improvement, and optimize marketing plans on a daily basis.
  • Control expenses under approved marketing budgets effectively, ensuring the highest ROI on marketing spend.
  • Prepare periodic marketing reports to the management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.

Salary Information

  • This is a full-time position.
  • The salary is $42,390 per year.
