Our Kitchener Heavy Duty Electric Chicken Plucker is designed for DIY poultry processing and utilizes a powerful 1 HP 120V AC 800W electric motor, 92 soft rubber fingers, and a large stainless steel drum for efficient feather removal. Its industrial design allows for easy storage and transportation, with 2 wheels for optimal maneuverability. Made of premium and sanitary 403 brushed stainless steel, our plucker can handle 2-4 birds at once with its large 20" diameter drum. In just 3 minutes, it can remove all poultry feathers, depending on the size and proper scalding of the birds. Safety is a top priority, as the plucker is equipped with a built-in overload protector to protect your circuitry. Make sure to watch the instructional video for proper installation and calibration of the proximity sensor, as the machine will not operate correctly if not properly set up.
